SHINE & RISE LONDON 2026: Empowering Women, Empowering Mothers, Empowering Families
Yesterday, we had the honour of being part of SHINE & RISE Live London 2026, a women’s empowerment event created to help women up-level their mindset in both life and business.
Hosted by AFE Collective, SHINE & RISE brought together founders, coaches, creatives, and mothers who are building meaningful work while raising families — and doing it with honesty.
This wasn’t just another networking event.
It was a room filled with real conversations about:
What it actually looks like to balance work and motherhood
The emotional load many women carry
The courage it takes to build a business while raising children
The mindset shifts required to lead both at home and in business
For Little Ones Life Coach, this space felt deeply aligned with why we do this work.
What SHINE & RISE London 2026 Was All About

SHINE & RISE London 2026 focused on:
Mindset growth
Authentic leadership
Building community
Balancing motherhood and entrepreneurship
Stepping into visibility with confidence
The atmosphere was both empowering and grounding. The kind of room where women speak openly — not just about wins, but about doubts, burnout, pivots, and resilience.
And that honesty is powerful.
Because when mothers see other mothers building businesses without pretending it’s easy, something shifts.
The Real Conversation: Work, Life, and Raising a Family
One of the strongest themes throughout the event was this:
You don’t have to choose between being an ambitious woman and being a present mother.
But you do need mindset tools.
As parenting coaches, we know how deeply connected business confidence and emotional regulation are. A mother who feels supported in her growth is often calmer, clearer, and more connected at home.
Many founders shared openly about:
Navigating guilt
Managing expectations
Redefining success
Setting boundaries
Letting go of perfection
These conversations matter — especially in a world that often places unrealistic standards on mothers.
Meaningful Connections That Aligned With Our Mission

Beyond the talks, SHINE & RISE created space for genuine connection.
We had the joy of meeting Nishi Shah, whose mission is to cultivate mental fitness for both big and little humans. Her work beautifully bridges adult mindset and children’s emotional development — a powerful reminder that growth starts within.
It was also lovely connecting with Shallu from Fitbelle, who supports busy mums in building strength and confidence through pain-free movement. Physical strength and emotional resilience go hand in hand — especially in motherhood.
Listening to Pavan Beauty, a talented mehndi artist, speak about authenticity, putting yourself out there, and building community was refreshing and inspiring. Her story highlighted how creativity and courage can coexist.
We also appreciated meeting Priya from Parenting With Presence, whose work supports parents in moving from reactivity to calm, safe, connected leadership — something we deeply resonate with at Little Ones Life Coach.
And a heartfelt thank you to Sharn Khaira, whose vision brought this powerful room together. Creating a space where empowered women empower women is no small thing — and she did it beautifully.
Why Events Like This Matter for Parents
You might be wondering:
What does a women’s empowerment event have to do with parenting?
Everything.
Because parenting is leadership.
When a mother invests in her mindset, confidence, and support system:
Her stress decreases
Her clarity increases
Her reactions soften
Her children feel safer
At Little Ones Life Coach, we believe that empowered parents raise emotionally secure children.
That’s why community matters.
That’s why rooms like SHINE & RISE matter.
That’s why mindset work matters.
The Power of the Right Room

There’s something transformative about being in the right room.
A room where:
You don’t have to explain why you’re tired.
You don’t have to justify wanting more.
You don’t have to apologise for building something meaningful.
SHINE & RISE London 2026 was a reminder that growth doesn’t happen in isolation.
It happens in community.
In conversation.
In vulnerability.
In shared stories.
For the Mums Building Something
If you’re a mother building a business, changing careers, starting a passion project, or simply trying to show up more confidently in your life:
You are not alone.
The conversations at SHINE & RISE showed that:
Balance is dynamic, not perfect.
Growth can feel uncomfortable — and still be right.
Leadership at home and leadership in business require the same core skills: presence, boundaries, and self-trust.
And most importantly:
You deserve rooms that expand you.
Our Takeaway as Little Ones Life Coach
